Doing Paralegal Work
One of my close friends at the office and I just had a chat this morning and she told me that what she is doing is just like Paralegal Work. I laughed my heart out because that was what she has been doing ever since and it is only now that she has recognized it. I wonder what had happened. She even answers depositions, mind you. She does her research especially when she gets letters or legal documents from the company’s lawyers. She is tasked to read everything given to her and her boss just asks what she has read. Her boss is the Chief Financial Officer of the company and she is a secretary.
