Small and Great House Renovations with Chandeliers
Knowledge is power. This statement extends even to the seemingly simple task of making the house look good. But one thing though, doing such is not as simple as it seems. You got to have specific knowledge regarding fixtures and furniture that should be placed in your house if you are in the process of redesigning your house. But if you really don’t have any idea, ask friends who have some experiences about redesigning houses. Online manuals may help you on that end.Redesigning the dinning area is one of the trickiest ones to do. You must make sure that you put the appropriate chandelier lamps on that area of the house. You just can’t make mistakes in there. Chandeliers have multiple bulbs and tend to shed a lot of light. The amount of illumination that you will need for the dining room will be based upon this formula: Length X Width X 1.5. If a room is 12 X 15, then you will need roughly bulbs that produce a combined total of 270 watts. A chandelier with 6-40 Watt bulbs will most likely provide adequate illumination, especially if complemented by wall sconces, buffet lamps, or other light fixtures. The diameter of chandelier lamps should be approximately equal to ½ the width of the dining room table and mounted close to 27-30 inches above the table.
