You can exercise more, as daily exercise will help the motor centers of your brain, which will make the blood flow away from the emotional centers. You can try to keep busy, as the old saying of, “an idle mind is the Devil’s workshop,” will really hit home when you suffer anxiety and depression. You can also consider seeking the help of your friends when you really need it. Laugh a little more which will help you cry a little less.
