Ready to learn the secret to getting flat abs? Okay, here it is. First eat right. Second, exercise. That’s it! Look, I’ve been reading so much lately about this abs blaster or that abs ripper or whatever and I’ll tell you what — they don’t work. Figure it out, guys. Let’s say you have the perfect abs work out plan, but you still sit at home every night eating pizza and partaking of a six pack that has nothing to do with your abs. What happens?
