Effective ways to get rid of cellulite
As a Personal Trainer I see people who are over weight, obese, sedentary, or out of shape. I myself gained some body fat in my midsection due to an injury. I found effective ways to get rid of cellulite by eating low fat food and low glycemic food everyday. I also exercise 3-4 times a week by walking at least 30 minutes a day, strength training, and limiting my consumption of ice cream, soda and bad carbs. I increased my protein intake by consuming more lean meat, chicken, turkey and fish. I also drank fruit smoothies every morning. Exercise and diet is very important to getting rid of excess body fat.
