Don’t Cut Out All Fat
When you are trying to lose weight, don’t cut out all the fat in your diet. Your body needs to have some fat in your diet in order to function properly, as some nutrients can only be absorbed with fat. Fat also helps you to feel full. Sometimes you can cut out the fat but end up eating more calories because you don’t feel full as quickly. Any Fat Loss 4 Idiots type guide should tell you this. You need to have some fat, preferably the healthier Omega 3 fats found in fish and unsaturated fats rather than saturated fats, some protein, and some carbohydrates in any healthy diet.
