The Conjugated linoleic acid can be described as an harmless fatty acid .It is quite beneficial which are produced in the rumens of some ruminant animals .Some quantities of cla can also be found the stomach of some non ruminant animals and all humans. The cla contains anti cancer properties as well as anti oxidant powers and it has the tendencies to remove harmful body fats . Conjugated Linoleic acid reduce oxidative stress as well as insulin sensitivities. CLA has lipolytic effects in that it increases lipid oxidation in the human system. It is generally added to some food supplements after processing and can also serve as an immune system booster.
