CEOs start new blogs aimed at reaching out to employees
Some CEOs of corporations have started a new blog that is aimed at developing a relaxed relationship with their employees. This is most helpful within a large company that might have offices in numerous states or countries. Employees may sometimes feel like the CEO is out of reach. Reading a daily, weekly, or even monthly posting about a topic that interests or concerns the company can help to bridge that gap. Then, some CEOs choose topics that might not be directly related to the particular industry, but relates to employees on other levels, such as healthy lifestyle practices and family life.
