Getting an employment background check is no longer something that surprises most people. You used to be able to lie on your application, make up where you worked and simply omit your criminal record and you could cleverly get hired. Now days you cannot do this as you are thoroughly checked to assure the company to which your applying that your both not hiding anything in your criminal record, and that your references, job history and more are not being falsified to get the job. They don’t mess around these days when it comes to hiring people. Too many costly mistakes have happened.
