A new plan
My business partner and I have been thinking of ways to boost productivity. Our number have been way down since only a year ago, and overall moral is down as well. We have heard of different ways that other companies of similar size has fixed this problem and are proud to announce that we now have a plan. We are going to be offering pmp certification to our employees that qualify. To qualify the employee has to have worked for the company for at least 2 years, and have outstanding marks. We are pleased with this effort, and think it will make all the difference.
