I have worked for two different modeling agency companies. I was with the first for several years, before resigning to take my current position. I love my job. I love making dreams come true. I get several portfolios in the mail each day. I look at them and decide if the subject is someone my boss may be looking to hire. I find a lot of models on the street though. I can often pick a great model out of the crowd. If I see someone who has the qualities my boss is looking for, I give the person my card. Most people welcome the attention and the opportunity.
